Royal City, a flagship real estate project of Royal Homes Limited, is located within the under-development area of Sylhet City Corporation Ward No. 40. Although project development was temporarily halted due to a High Court status quo order concerning environmental issues, by the grace of Almighty Allah, we successfully won the legal battle on December 11, 2022, through a judgment from the Honorable Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

Despite subsequent political challenges, we have now taken firm decisions to resume full-scale development of the project. Our renewed commitment is to deliver a vibrant, well-planned residential and commercial community to our valued customers.

Project Overview:
Royal City spans over a total area of approximately 300 acres, systematically divided into eight sectors (Sector 1 to 8) for planned development.

• Sector 1: Fully developed and handed over to customers in 2009.
• Sector 2: Partially handed over in 2013, with remaining areas under ongoing development.
• Sector 5: Approximately 70% earth-filling completed, and the remaining 30% will be completed soon.
• Sector 7: Scheduled for development following the completion of Sector 5.
• Other sectors (3, 4, and 8) are planned for subsequent phases under the updated master development program.
