Although project development was temporarily halted due to a High Court status quo order concerning environmental issues, by the grace of Almighty Allah, we successfully won the legal battle on December 11, 2022, through a judgment from the Honorable Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

The proposed project started its journey on July 06, 2006, with approximately 3500 residential and commercial plots spread over 300 acres of land.
